How to Install AnyViewer for Remote Support

This page explains how to install AnyViewer so I can connect to your computer and help you remotely. The steps are simple and should only take a few minutes.

Step 1 — Download AnyViewer

Open your web browser.
Go to https://www.anyviewer.com/download.html.
Select the Free Download button.

Step 2 — Install AnyViewer

Open the downloaded file.
If Windows asks for permission, choose Yes.
Select Install.
When installation finishes, select Launch.

Step 3 — Open AnyViewer

AnyViewer will open automatically. If it doesn’t, double‑click the AnyViewer icon on your desktop.

Step 4 — Send Me Your Connection Information

On the main screen, you will see:

Your Device ID
Temporary Security Code (or “Security Code”)

Please send me both numbers so I can connect securely.

Step 5 — Keep AnyViewer Open

Once you send me the numbers, just leave AnyViewer open. I’ll take care of the rest.
