Accessibility Settings Assistance
Help adjusting accessibility settings on your devices running:

- iOS
- Android
Support for learning and using builtβin accessibility apps on PCs, tablets, and smartphones.
Some examples include:
- PCs (Windows & Mac)
- Windows Voice Access or macOS Voice Control speech-to-text apps
- Windows Magnifier or macOS Zoom magnification apps
- Windows Narrator or macOS VoiceOver screen-reading apps
- Windows Live Captions or macOS Live Captions apps
- Adjusting display settings (size, colors, contrast), font sizes, mouse cursor, keyboard access, etc.
- Tablets (Android & iPad)
- Smartphones (Android & iPhone)
Assistive Technology Setup & Training
Installation and configuration of assistive technology applications, along with patient, practical
training to help you feel more comfortable and confident when using your PC, tablet, or smartphone.
Ergonomic/Hardware Recommendations
Assistance in selecting the most appropriate keyboard, mouse, headset, monitor, etc., to meet your needs. This includes
guiding you in connecting these devices to your PC, tablet, and smartphone and configuring them for your use. Also,
for those with hearing aids, I will provide guidance on how to connect your hearing aids to your PC, tablet, and
smartphone, or choose the right headset to work with your hearing aids for the best comfort, clarity, and accessibility.
Virtual/Remote Support
Remote support for hardware, software, and your device's built-in accessibility apps to provide the help you need wherever
you are located. This will be accomplished using remote control software, which may require you to install an app on your
device to allow me to connect to it remotely.
